Position: Account Manager – US Staffing
Experience: Minimum 10+ years in US IT Recruitment, with a minimum of 4 years as an Accounts Manager.
Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with state clients like the State of Georgia, the State of Idaho, the State of Connecticut, the State of Iowa, the State of Indiana, the Commonwealth of Virginia, State of Arkansas.
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with clients, consultants/resources, and co-workers.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of 6 or more, demonstrating effective team management skills.
- Work well under general supervision, while being self-motivated and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Recruitment and Candidate Tracking:
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a high level of productivity in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Update and maintain candidate tracking systems and reports.
- Demonstrate proficiency in follow-ups, negotiation skills, and a consultative approach.
Communication and Presentation:
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deliver effective presentations and reports.
Negotiation Skills:
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills in dealing with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Flexibility and Work Ethic:
- Willingness to occasionally work additional hours to support the business needs.
- Manage tasks efficiently, prioritizing and handling several responsibilities concurrently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Accounts Manager.
- Experience working with state clients
- Proven ability to manage a team of 6 or more.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
