Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Identity and Access Management (IAM) Support Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in supporting IAM solutions, including at least 2 years at Level 2 support. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Oracle IAM technologies and components, extensive experience in configuring and managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, particularly CyberArk, and in-depth knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Active Directory (AD), and Azure Security. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in implementing IAM enhancements and upgrades, and familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation tasks. The successful candidate will also understand identity governance and administration (IGA) concepts, have the ability to mentor junior IAM support engineers, and possess experience in conducting IAM audits and assessments. Knowledge of identity federation protocols such as SAML and OAuth, and familiarity with IAM integration patterns and standards are essential. Certification in IAM technologies (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM) is a plus.
Desired Profile: –
1. IAM Support and Troubleshooting: • Provide Level 2 support for complex IAM issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle IAM technologies and components, as well as CyberArk PAM solutions.
2. Oracle IAM Management: • Manage and maintain Oracle IAM components, ensuring optimal performance and security. • Implement IAM enhancements and upgrades to improve system functionality and user experience.
3. Privileged Access Management (PAM): • Configure and manage CyberArk PAM solutions to secure privileged accounts and access. • Monitor and manage PAM activities, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
4. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO): • Implement and manage MFA and SSO solutions to enhance authentication security and user convenience. • Integrate MFA and SSO with existing IAM frameworks and applications.
5. Active Directory (AD) and Azure Security: • Manage and secure AD and Azure environments, ensuring proper configuration and compliance with security standards. • Implement security measures to protect AD and Azure assets from unauthorized access and threats.
6. Scripting and Automation: • Utilize scripting languages such as PowerShell to automate IAM tasks and processes. • Develop and maintain scripts to streamline IAM operations and improve efficiency.
7. Identity Governance and Administration (IGA): • Implement IGA concepts to manage identity lifecycle processes, access requests, and rolebased access controls. • Ensure compliance with identity governance policies and regulatory requirements.
8. Mentoring and Leadership: • Mentor and guide junior IAM support engineers, providing technical support and knowledge sharing. • Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment within the IAM team.
9. IAM Audits and Assessments: • Conduct regular IAM audits and assessments to identify and address security vulnerabilities and compliance issues. • Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on audit findings.
10. Identity Federation Protocols: • Implement and manage identity federation protocols such as SAML and OAuth to enable secure and seamless access across systems. • Ensure proper configuration and integration of identity federation solutions.
11. Privileged Access Management Principles: • Apply privileged access management principles and methodologies to secure high-risk accounts and assets. • Develop and enforce PAM policies and procedures to mitigate risks associated with privileged access.
12. IAM Integration Patterns: • Utilize IAM integration patterns and standards to ensure seamless and secure integration of IAM solutions with other systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IAM integrations effectively.
13. Professional Certification: • Maintain relevant certifications in IAM technologies (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM) to stay current with industry best practices and advancements. • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
