Responsibilities
- Work within the Agile environment to assist with the planning, management, and execution of application development.
- Primary focus on the development process and delivery process/determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
- Ensures the consistency of development processes through collaboration with Tech Leads and Business Analysts.
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Demonstrate leadership abilities with the deployment of software upgrades, enhancements, and fixes through coordinated releases.
- Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
- Help developers resolve technical problems, through the collaboration with technical leads, as well as human resources issues.
- Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
Required skills
- 3+ years of proven experience as Scrum Master/Delivery Manager
- Experience in application development or elsewhere in SDLC.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum) Methodology.
- Fluent in English, with good communication and reporting skills.
- Technical background (QA/BA/Developer).
