About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented RPA Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for automating routine business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like UiPath and Automation Anywhere (AA). You will work collaboratively with business analysts and process owners to identify automation opportunities, develop and implement RPA solutions, and ensure their ongoing effectiveness. Requires the resource to be able to perform in an individual contributor role.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze business processes suitable for RPA automation.
- Develop and implement RPA solutions using UiPath and Automation Anywhere, following best practices and coding standards.
- Configure, test, and deploy RPA bots to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
- Implement code enabling Work load queuing and multi-deployability.
- Step into the Orchestrator/Control Room administrator role as and when required.
- Integrate RPA solutions with existing IT systems and applications.
- Maintain and update existing RPA bots to reflect changes in business processes.
- Provide ongoing support to business users on RPA solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest RPA trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with RPA tools like UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere.
- Proven experience in automating business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Watch industry trends like AI (Automation Copilot) and be able to apply cutting edge developments within RPA tools.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in UiPath Studio and Automation Anywhere. (Primary)
- Through understanding of BDLC and its related Project artefacts (PDD, SDD, Unit Test Cases, Bot Handbooks) and KPIs. (Primary)
- Good understanding of RDBMS databases and SQL. (Primary)
- Experience with scripting languages like VBA or Python (Secondary).
- Working knowledge of APIs and integrations. (Primary)
- Understanding of computer networking concepts. (Secondary)
- Certification in UiPath/AA preferred. (Secondary)
