Job Description:
• Good to have experience in managing a team in shifts and planning/rotating team members by regularly publishing shift rosters
• Experience in agile methodology and scrum practices.
• Experience in using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Initiating the project, planning and outlining project scope, objectives and deliverables
• Establishing and maintaining communication with the project team, management and stakeholders
• Coordinating project meetings and decision-making processes
• Executing the work, coordinating and supervising the project team and ensuring that they have the tools required for delivering the project on time
• Creating required project documentation and publishing regular reports for the management
• Excellent problem people management skills and relentless drive for root cause and measures to reduce repeated occurrences.
