As results-driven global talent acquisition strategist and organizational transformation leader with 30+ years of experience with Global Technology companies, he is well-suited to provide the leadership and guidance to grow Sage IT’s talent solutions business unit.
KK has a proven track record of excellence in building cutting-edge, data-driven recruitment and leadership development functions. He excels in devising innovative, cost-effective solutions to address talent and HR process gaps by driving digital transformation and process improvement efforts, resulting in robust & compliant TA infrastructure.
The Sage IT Talent Solutions BU looks to KK as a dynamic change agent with deep expertise in human capital across multiple markets and challenging business conditions. With his extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, HR and workforce management, KK will drive Sage IT’s growth in existing and new accounts across geographies by building strategic relationships.
KK has a master’s degree in social work and an undergraduate degree in Economics from University of Madras. He brings a great mix of leadership, inspiration, operational experience, and a passion for customer success.
